Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
Proven experience as a Resident Architect or Site Architect (typically 3–10+ years).
Strong understanding of architectural details, materials, and construction methodologies.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural tools.
Excellent communication, site coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of local building codes and standards.
Oversee day-to-day site activities from an architectural perspective.
Ensure that all construction follows approved drawings, specifications, materials, and standards.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site engineers to resolve design or construction issues.
Provide technical guidance and clarification for architectural drawings.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
Review shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups for approval.
